DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy and Procedures

This website ("SITE") qualifies as a "Service Provider" within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. §512(k)(1) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Notice of Claimed Infringement

Abuse Notification

Abusing the DMCA Notice procedures or misrepresenting facts may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). We investigate and act against abuse of the DMCA process.

Take Down Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, the SITE will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the affected user.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated. If a notice does not fully comply with §512, we may attempt to contact the complainant for correction.

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Description of the removed material
• Location of the material before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief
• Your name, address, phone number, and email
• Consent to jurisdiction of a U.S. Federal District Court
